From the Desk of Pastor James
I have been thinking about hurting people lately. Many times hurt people hurt people. we have to remember that although we may be going through something or have some trauma in our past, it is not okay to put that on another. because just as others are imperfect and sinful, we have a imperfect sinful past. As Christians we are called to show the mercy and grace that was shown to us when Christ was placed on the cross for our sins. And though it is probably one of the most quoted scripture verses, its relevance remains at the forefront of our belief system today. John 3:16 For God so loved the world that He gave His only begotten Son that whomsoever shall believe in Him would not perish but have everlasting life. The story of Jesus is one of love, it is one of compassion, and one of hope. I can do nothing but what God would have me do. No matter what you are going through, I pray that you know Jesus loves you and so do I. If you have any needs, prayer requests, or just need a safe place to talk please contact me. my information can be found below and on the Home page.
